HEAT WARNING

Please understand that chocolate melts, especially chocolates like mine, with no preservatives in them. Even with ice packs and insulation, depending on the degree of the heat the chocolate can melt. I ship chocolates based on temps 85 or less. Unless you want to take a chance. But please note - if you elect to have me ship in extreme heat, I can only package to a certain extent to try and keep them from melting and if they melt, I will not be responsible and I will not offer a refund, exchange or replacement. Also, please leave a number in your order so I can call and coordinate deliveries and not take a chance with your chocolate being delivered when no one is home and sitting on a hot porch all day and then melting before you can enjoy it. 

LOCAL DELIVERY & MAIL

I can deliver in person to areas within a 20 mile range of Yulee, FL - with a $10.00 delivery fee. In person deliveries will be scheduled upon receiving the order.

I can also mail your order both locally and non locally. Both my herbal and chocolate products are made fresh to order.  Shipping of the product depends on the type of product and quantity.  Chocolate products take a couple extra days than herbal products.  I also ship priority mail to help ensure freshness and wellbeing of the product.  To help ensure the product doesn't sit in a hot warehouse over the weekend I only mail out products Monday - Wednesday.  If you have a special timeline need please reach out to me.  Please contact us if there is a problem with your order within a week of receiving the order for us to find a solution.

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC SHIPPING

When ordering a shipment of hand sanitizer,  please note that hand sanitizer is considered a flammable substance and the USPS requires I send it by ground- which takes about a week depending on where you live.  So it will be shipped separately from any edible orders and be a separate shipping fee.  All edible orders go US priority shipping to help ensure it's fresh when you receive it.
