HOW WILL I KNOW IF IT’S WORKING FOR ME?

We are all created differently. Have different environments. Different factors going on in our lives. I can't guarantee that the product will help or benefit everyone the same exact way or at all. Some people only need a little of something and some people need a lot. Or some may just need a different herb all together.  My "general" products on the website are the middle road. It's important to note that herbs work in conjunction with other factors like sleep, nutrition and exercise. 

Also remember herbs are not generally fast acting like pharmacuetical company medications.  Herbs are Mother Nature's medicine and usually a little slower.  If you are on medications please DO NOT stop taking them thinking the herbal products will automatically replace the prescribed medications.  In many instances people can eventually come off certain prescribed medications as the herbal remedies kick in and help balance the body - but it's not an overnight process and it's definitely not recommended without consulting your doctor. DO NOT go off any prescribed medications cold turkey without consulting your doctor.

But that doesn't mean there isn't the one person who might be on some medication or have a medical issue or allergy that isn't documented yet. If you are on a medication or do have a medical concern please feel free to reach out to me before you order so I can answer your questions and do additional research if needed to help ensure your safety and peace of mind.

CAN I GET CUSTOM BLENDS?

Herbabilities was created because people I knew were coming to me with problems they were having.  I have first hand experience with the "one size fits all" not applying to me.  And it's the same with herbs. If you need a custom blend or have a particular issue please reach out to me and we'll make something together to suite your needs.
